There is a sign by the front door of the Buck N Bass Sports Center & Outfitters that we truly believe in and strive to live up to everyday: It reads, "Welcome To "Your" Sports Center". My name is Pat Needham and my wife Donna and I would like to welcome you to the nearly 400,000 acres of front and backyard we are allowed to enjoy called the Ocala National Forest. We would like to offer you and your family an invitation for canoeing, hiking, bird watching, kayaking, camping, fishing,and hunting in the beauty of the Ocala National Forest. We offer all types of custom trips and activities made especially for the individual, or family. Each activity that we offer is unique to you and we want it to be the "best trip you ever made"
I am a retired Seargent Major from the United States Army Military Police, a United States Coast Guard Charter boat captain, a fourth generation Marion County Ocala National Forest family and a person who wants to share our forest playground with you. Our trips are filled with "you never know what you may see". From fox squirrels, deer, alligators, bald eagles, sandhill cranes, red cockaded woodpeckers and Florida black bears, to sand pines, coontie plants, hardwoods and prairies, every trip has a special story.
